At khandiclover Inc., we collect personal data from you in several different ways. Personal data or personal information refers to information, or a combination of information, that can reasonably be used to either directly or indirectly identify a living individual (e.g., your name, phone number, address, email address, social media handles, IP address, and other analytics data).

For example, we may engage in indirect personal data collection to fulfill our services to our clients by collating influencer details and other information to assist us in curating talent, developing guest lists, or capturing your image if you attend our events.

Please note that when you apply for a job with us through our job application portal, the privacy policy of our job applicant processing partner may also apply to the submission of your application information.

You may adjust your advertising preferences on various social media websites by adjusting your Settings on the particular platform. You may adjust the types of Facebook ads you receive on Facebook, the types of LinkedIn ads you receive on LinkedIn and the types of Google ads you receive on Google.

khandiclover follows the ground rules for how private-sector organizations collect, use, and disclose personal information in the course of for-profit, commercial activities across Canada. the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
